Technical problem with the size when opening an image

Every time I open an image for Photoshop (normal file), the image opens to me in a huge size, how can I change it?

Can you explain futher - what do you mean by normal file and huge size? Can you share a screenshot? What are you expecting to see vs what you are seeing?

The problem is when I copy an object in Photoshop and then paste in another
place then the object is stuck in a huge size

Explain what you mean by "stuck in a huge size". Does it take up too much of the screen, or does it need to be scaled down?
