Testversion trotz CC-Abo

Ich habe eine Lizenz für das Photoshop-Abo. Diese ist aktiv und derzeit gültig. Wenn ich Photoshop CC öffnen will erscheint die Meldung, dass lediglich eine Testversion für 7 Tage zur Verfügung steht – trotz Abo. 

Ich habe mich bereits in CC abgemeldet und wieder angemeldet. Auch habe ich die host-Datei repariert. Kein Erfolg. Seltsamerweise kann ich Bridge CC ohne Probleme öffnen... Eine Möglicheit den Support zu kontaktieren gibt es auf der Adobe Website scheinbar auch nicht – oder sie ist extrem gut versteckt... Also, was ist zu tun?
