Question

text is blurry out when image added to MS Word

Hello

I am fairly proficient in photoshop but it has been a while since Ive used it on a daily basis

I am opening some tiff images, then I am editing some features. When I add text features, the image looks fine in photoshop. If i just open the image in a regular image viewer the text appears fine, but when I import the image into a MS word document, all of the text features appear blurry. I have tried sharpening and using some of those PS built in filters but nothing has worked

I am sure this question has been asked before, but I am not able to find a solution.  I thought I read somewhere that I am supposed to vectorize the text layers?

Is there an easy solution for this? I assume I could add the text after in powerpoint of some other software but photoshop should be able to handle this.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

thanks

Increase the pixel dimensions to reduce the blur. This is best done in photoshop where the text is still editable.

What happens is when the pixel dimensions are too low, you must zoom in to 100% therefore getting a blur.
