Text is slightly offcenter

Hi, for a while now my PS has had text slightly off center. I'm not aware of anything I have set to do this, but it's always slightly off.

You have put spaces between each word, which Photoshop includes when centering that line.  Just use a carriage return between the words.

In addition to what Trevor said,

• Are you using Shift+Return after each line to keep the text as one paragraph?
• Are you creating Point text (click and type) or Paragraph text (drag out frame with Type tool, then type)

If you want them to center align to each other, they need to be in one paragraph.

Hi! I did not put a space on this, which was why I was confused as to why it was adding a space at the end

If that is one of the Adobe Fonts which one?

Does it only happen on this font? Can you show us a screen shot of the type not selected, but with the baseline showing so we can see the anchorpoint that the type is sitting on?
