Text looks different despite same font and same size! PLEASE HELP

As the title says, I having issues with my fonts. They are the exact same size and font style but they look very different in size and thickness. What is going on and how can I fix it?

here 2 more screenshots. The fonts look completey different. Like one os thinker. What is this I am losing my mind!

also, any font I cahnge it to has the same issue. Out of the 12 pages open 2 of them show the text thicker despite havingsame font, size etc. 

I tired deleting and [asting text again but it did not work. THhanks
