Text stuck in all caps on Elements 2024, other solutions not working.

My text is stuck in all caps on Elements 2024. I tried the other solutions posted on here (resetting the text tool, resetting preferences on start up) and neither has worked. There's no character panel so I can't sort it that way. Any ideas?
