Hi @anthonyr32081047 You can't apply a different color to an underline style in Photoshop from the Type Tool Character panel. You can use the line tool to draw a horizontal line (hold the shift key to draw a straight line) in a separate layer, apply a different color to the stroke, set the stroke width to what you want, and then move the line into place under the type. Hope that helps!

In Photoshop, text attributes (underline, italic, strikethrough) inherently take on the properies of the font itself. You would have to draw your own colored line under the text if you want to manage that independently. If you were using InDesign, you can opt/alt click the underline button to manage this.

Photoshop is limited in its text controls and does not have this capabililty.
Use InDesign instead. It's made for text.
Choose Underline Options from the Character panel menu and select the weight, offset, color, style, tint, etc., then make it part of a style to use throughout the document.
