The application “Adobe Photoshop 2025” can’t be opened.

After upgrading to Sequoia 15.3.1, I can't open Photoshop. I get the error message "The application 'Adobe Photoshop 2025' can’t be opened."

Fixed. Uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop.
