When I attempt to run Photoshop 2021, this is the error I got:

I've updated to the latest version using Creative Cloud Desktop. I'm on Windows 10. Lightroom works fine though.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. Older version of Photoshop without any problems, also the latest Lightroom classic.

Hi try to update the creative cloud desktop application otherwise revert back to 2020 for stable work or you should not have any older version.....regards
