The download folder is sorted incorrectly

Recently I discovered a strange bug in Photoshop. When I open a file, Explorer appears and in every folder the files are listed correctly, except in the Downloads folder. Here (and only here in Photoshop, not in Explorer outside of PS) the classification (last month, yesterday, etc.) does not change when I click on the list with the creation date for example. It changes within the classification, but it does not put the "Today" at the top. How can I change or reset this?

I work with Win11 and Vers. 25.6.0

I deleted all the three folders in this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\
(BagsMRU, Bags and MuiCache)

and then I changed the group to -none- and now it works again.

First of all, Open and Save dialogs are operating system dialogs. Photoshop just calls them from the OS. So anything here is determined in your Windows settings.

Secondly, I don't see what the problem is? This is in perfect chronological order, newest at the bottom? What am I missing here?

After clicking on "creation date" (Erstelldatum) "Today" should move to the top. But it doesn't. AND in Explorer alone it works perfectly.
