The size at the bottom left of teh Photoshop window refers to the current open layers in memory. It does not include the content of any Smart Objects (a smart object or a series of nested smart objects only appears as a single pixel layer).
The file size on disk does include the full size , including smart object content.

Is smart objects cumulative? Because my previous projects are more complicated, I have never been this heavy.
Thanks for your help very much <3 <3

It depends on your set up.

So for example a smart object nested within a smart object all counts to file size - it has to be stored somewhere.
