The export in Photoshop?

I tend to use Photoshop for editing my videos, and I've been having an issue with opening videos as well as the export being a pain when I need to render the video. Any help?

Can you describe the issue you have and describe what you fine painful?

When it came to needing to render the video, it would get to the very end of needing to initializing video export and it would pretty much freeze. The same would go for a few of the video files I would try to open. I've tried switching to a different plan, both uninstall and reinstall the app, and would even restart my computer to no luck

Can you post any detail information like you OS version, your photoshop versions and display device driver information.  Post your Photoshop menu Help>System Info.  If we know what you are using we may be able to  give you some advice.
