the field turns green and shakes

I have a problem with photoshop of the following nature. When opening a photo, the field turns green and shakes, and so on. When I open the camera, there is no such problem. Updating the system, photoshop did not give anything.

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

The green screen disappeared, but the jerks remained. I have imac 27 with 32 gigabytes
