The filter lensblurr delivers a totally different result under an M1 MacStudio than on an Intel Mac

When I apply the Lens Blur filter with the exact same values to a layer on a MacStudio M1, i get a totally different result than on a MacBook Pro with Intel processor.
The results cannot be reproduced at all.
The same happens with filters in the filter gallery such as tilt-shift filters.
Both computers have PS 2023

Hi,
yes here are two screenshots from the same file and filter used with same values but extreme different results.
Big problems occure if someone has to blurr other photos with same filter values but got a new M1 Mac.
Same Version of PS 2023 is used.
The latest PS Version has the same issues…

    Am i the only one that has this problem? Tested it on an iMac i7 and it is the same. 
    The result of the lensblur filter or blurr filtergalerie are totally different on a M1 MacStudio vs. a i7 Mac by using the exact same values.
