the line won't appear where my mouse is

I use Wacom and mouse to create in Ps on my Mac. Normally the line will appear exactly where I point the tip of my Wacom pen or where I move the mouse. But recently there is space between the circle which indicates my pen or mouse on the screen in Ps and the line which is drawn. Hence I lose the feeling of approximity. The first picture shows my problem. The second one shows how it should be and it was so by me before as well.

Luckily but also frustratingly in a way the problem has been there for a few days and then vanished by itself this morning.

the interesting part is when I changed this ( i have german Ps version) the problem rises again
