My friend said that the size of the file I sent her is small and the quality of the picture is very bad. So the file size is small even though I sent the original without correction. What's the problem?

Hi
Since your question is about Photoshop, I have moved this from the "Get Started" forum for you.
In addition to knowing the Image Size in Photoshop, what settings did you use for Image Size in your email application?
And it you saved the image as a jpeg, what settings did you use? Do you still have the original?
