The spacebar's function as a hand tool

In InDesign, Alt key can replace the spacebar's function as a hand tool when the cursor is inside a text frame. Doesn't Photoshop have anything like this? Thanks in advance.

Here what available in Ps for panning

To pan the view in Adobe Photoshop, you have a couple of options:

  1. Scroll Bars: You can use the window scroll bars to navigate around your image. Simply click and drag the scroll bars to move the view.

  2. Hand Tool: Select the Hand tool (usually represented by a small hand icon) from the toolbar. Then, click and drag within the image to pan around. If you’re using another tool, you can temporarily switch to the Hand tool by holding down the spacebar while dragging in the image1.

Remember, these techniques allow you to move the view without changing the zoom level. If you want to zoom in or out as well, explore additional shortcuts and tools within Photoshop.

Sorry, I was asking that I can't use the spacebar to replace the Hand tool when the Type tool  is selected and the insertion marker is active. In InDesign, Alt key is an alternative to the space bar. I was wondering if there was something like that in Photoshop. Thank you for your kind answer.
