the top and context menus are not displayed

проблема в фотошопе. верхнее и контекстное меню не отображаются. Я уже пытался переустановить его.

Hi

Try clicking on the down arrow here and resetting Essentials

If that doesn't help try a preference reset

If neither of those help you may need to look at updating/reinstalling your GPU driver from the manufacturers website
