There are weird faint lines whenever I add a background

I keep running into a new issue where after Ive added color to the background, when I make the background invisible, there are faint lines in the image. I am not sure why this is happening but it seems to be a new issue. Can anyone help me fix this?

Its not showing up in the images I posted for some reason. its very faint vertical beige lines

The issue has been resolved, I needed to adjust the brightness and contrast on my external monitor. That was the issue
