Tips on stopping Photoshop Canvas moving by Pen?

Hello!I am having a little bit of trouble with Photoshop, specifically when using my Microsoft Pen in certain tools. As an example, I could be using the rotate canvas tool but instead of defaulting to using that tool automatically, it moves the canvas like it's a hand tool. This is prominent in other tools like brushes, Zoom tool, etc. However with my mouse, this doesn't happen. I have kept my Photoshop up to date, it's version 26.7 and I'm trying to figure out if there is a preference I need to adjust to stop this? Thank you

Hey @inspiring_student00600,It sounds like Photoshop might be reading your pen input as a gesture (like the Hand Tool), depending on how your system handles stylus input.
