Hello:
I'm running PS CC (on Mac OS Mojave).
For the past two hours, every attempt I've made to open the app fails, whether I do a basic act or when I leave it open. Every one of my eleven efforts to open and begin using PS fail within twelve seconds, even if I simply open it and do nothing more.
Is its server(s) down? Is there a known reason for this stage of ubiquitous crashing?
If you know the cause of the issue and the likely ETA of its fix, please advise [us subscribers].

Hi Warren,
I'm sorry for the frustration. Are you getting the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog, and have you submitted reports with your email?
Has anything changed that you know of on the system?

Whenever my Adobe products act wierd I like to do an uninstall/reinstall while removing the preferences and making sure not to bring back the old ones:
