Too Many Adobe Processes

Hello, I have way too many processes by Adobe which are always running in background while Photoshop is running:

CEPHtmlEngine.exe - i have 6 of these processes running at same time

Adobe Spaces Helper.exe - i have 3 of these running

node.exe - 3 of these running at same time

not to mention everything else such as:

AGSService.exe*32 - 1 process

AGMService.exe*32 - 1 process

Photoshop.exe - 1 process (this one is ok)

it is Photoshop CC2020.

Why I am having so many duplicate processes running (as above)?

This seems like very big problem.

Does anybody have this problem too?

I do not have as many as you do. However, each instance seems to be using a different amount of Ram so they may be facilitating different functions. Currently no document is open in Photoshop. I see 3 CEP HTML engine and 3 Space helpers. I do not think this is a Problem. Photoshop 2020 like all Photoshop versions does have bugs that Adobe does not feel need to be fixed.  Each new release of Photoshop have new bugs. I do not know if the 6 CEP HTLM Engine instances you see in any indication of a bug>
