Tool Panels/Windows should open with the app and not on main display
Why, in 2023, do I still need to set my Main display to a secondary monitor in order to get my tool panels and windows to open where the app is?!?! I'm using a drawing tablet and every time I need to change a tool I have to stop, put my pen down, grab my mouse and select it on the laptop/desktop screen, then pick my pen up and work again. It is ridiculous that this is still something I need to do. The tablet goes from laptop to desktop and vice versa depending on the day. So, setting my main display to a portable and always swapping monitor makes no sense. If there is an option for this (windows 11) and I'm just ranting for no reason, then PLEASE educate me. There is no reason that Adobe and specifically photoshop has been around this long and this is still a thing at all. Adobe likes to procure numerous other companies and softwares, but forgets to take care of the issues on the ones they already have. So much so that they need to hold conferences to ask why video editors are dumping Premiere Pro for DaVinci...... Gee, I wonder why.
