Tool Presets automatically converting to brushes

Hi when I import  my tool presets it automatically converts all my TP to brushes. It never gives me an option to convert it or not. How do I fix this please??? Please help! thanks

Can you give us more information?

What version of Photoshop are you using?
What operating system?

Where did these presets come from?
Did you create them yourself, and if so with what version of Photoshop?

What tools were the presets originally?

How many presets are you talking about?

    2021 Photoshop ( Latest Version )

    IMAC 10.14.6

     I made these presets years ago for proffesional work 

    Everything worked on the 2020 version until the 2021

    Tools were a mixture of brushes, Smugde, erasers, Mixer brushes Etc ( Quite a few )
