Tool Presets does not load Brushes

Photoshop version (23.0.2). Hi guys, I'm trying to load a .TPL file containing some brushes that I use in the TOOL Preset window. The brushes simply don't load, they just show up well in the brushes window. Now other tools load normally.

Any suggestion?

I agree with Kukurykus. Please try to reset preferences:

Hey guys, I want to thank everyone for their help, the problem was solved by resetting the photoshop dialog. Edit -> Preferences -> General -> RESET All Warning Dialogs.

Then I ordered the custom tools to be imported again and clicked on the "LOAD AS TOOLS" option.

    Probably you set them to be loaded to Brushes instead to Tools. Reset (General) Preferences On Quit.
