Tool Presets Sorting Order

Ahoy

Tool Presets , I have un-checked "Current Tool Only", so it shows all presets for all tools

why for some reason, the presets sorting are now in "most recently added" instead of alphabetically.

My presets used to sort by alphabet, but somehow are they now sorting by "newest preset at bottom of list"

anyone happen to them like this, and maybe how to fix it?

thank you!

thanks to Trevor for much!! your help is great- and has solved it

when select press the cog icon, and then to choose "Sort By Tool", will fix it and will now be sorted alphabetically again.

I had "Sort By Tool" un-checked, so was it sorting by most recent preset.

Turning on "Sort By Tool" has fixed it alphabetically.

    thanks to you again sir!!

If there was going to be some control, it would be via the little cog icon, but about the only useful feature I can see, is that you can at least sort the presets into Tool Order to tidy things up.  I don't use this panel myself, and did not know it used to behave differently, so if you don't get a useful answer here, I'd raise a question on the Feedback site, where members of the Development Team will see it.

Let's give your thread some time, and if nothing comes up, we'll ask Pete Green to have a look. (Pete is the Development Team liaison with the forum, and and always helpful.)
