top menu bar in photoshop cc

all of a sudden the top menu bar, in fact the whole display of photoshop looks as though it is zoomed out and i dont know how to fix it someone help me please

Hi

If you are using the current version - go to Preferences > Interface >UI Scaling and change it from 100% or Auto to 200%. You will need to restart Photoshop after clicking OK to see the changes
