Topaz filter

When I open Topaz studio 2 as a smart filtert, Topaz opens just fine but the PS photo appears over the filter. Did not use to happen. PS or Topaz issue?

Which version of Photoshop, I have the older version of Topaz filters and don't have any issues with Photoshop version 21.2

The screen shot is 14mb and is too big to post.

How many displays do you have your desktop spread across that a screen capture is 14MB.  I would bet you do not know how the capture you desktop to the clipboard. My desktop is currently spread across 2 1920x1080 displays and a 2160x1440 display.  You may not be able to read it the way this site] downsizes it full size its nowhere near 14MB.

Ths screen capturs save as a jpeg quality 10 file is 6000px x 1440px and 1MB in size

one iMac. I know how to do a screen shot. I send them all the time. Just cannot get the file to load on the forum.

Does mac's  have  a copy paste feature? If you can not use Insert image and copy the screen capture file try to Paste the clipboard into insert Photo  click on the imags area in insert Photo and use CMD+V

Tried copy and insert photo and still did not work. file size to big. I have posted screen shots many times to the forum but not working now.
