Topaz Plugins not working on Photoshop (23.1) Windows

I updated the photoshop version to 23.1 since it kept prompting me to update. Meanwhile i bought the Topaz Denoise AI, Gigapixel AI & Sharpen AI.
Now after installing under in photoshop under filter the Topaz Labs option is grayed out. Is there a way to make it work.
