Hi, I have a question on transform controls. When I apply a photo to edit in layer, a transform control squares appear around the photo to expand or reisze. But,  I notice that if I point my mouse on any of the squares to pull the photo sideways or up or down, the entire photo expands. The only way I can control a specific shape of the photo is to use scale or free form and so forth. Was there a change in transform controls?

  4. If you prefer the legacy behavior where holding the Shift key scales proportionally, you can enable it by going to Edit > Preferences > General and checking the Use Legacy Free Transform option.
