Transform on iPad: Pinch Gesture not working

Trying to work on a project that requires scaling and aligning tens of frames and thought it would be easier to use an iPad. In transform mode, I was expecting to use a pinch gesture within the bounding box to scale the selected layer, but it only scaled+panned the canvas. The help doc here states:

You can use the pinch gesture within the transform bounding box to scale the selection, or to rotate the selection. Use the pinch gesture outside the layer bounding box to pan or zoom the canvas. 

So my expectation is reflected in the docs, but the functionality is not. Is this a bug?

Hi Marcus,

We intentionally disabled pinch-to-transform because it was conflicting with pinch-to-zoom gestures within the app and we had early feedback that it was causing more issues than necessary. Unfortunately using the transform nodes is your best bet here.
