transform tool bounding box barely visible in PS 23.2.2. for MAC

Using Photoshop 23.2.2 on Mac OS Big Sur. The bounding box for transform tools is barely visible now and sometimes it has different colors.  Where can I change this for the legacy transform bounding box that was black and darker?

If you go to Photoshop>Preferences>Guides, Grid & Slices you can change the color of the Transform Controls (Bounding Box) under Controls>Control Color.

Thanks, Jeff.  It worked.

Looks like GPU is off.  Go to Prefernces > Performance... and make sure "Use Graphics Processor" is enabled.

Or, make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

Thank you, Jeff.  Use Graphics Processor was enabled.  I moved the preferences folder to desktop as you suggested.  The bounding box of all transform tools continues to be in a light blue color.  I tried to upload the Adobe Photoshop 2022 settings folder, but the site doesn't allow the upload of a folder.  Tried as zip file and it would not recognize it.  Please advise.  Thanks
