Transform Warp: Cylinder -> constrain proportions not working (for me)

Hi,
I am happy I just found the new "Transform Warp: Cylinder" feature in PS.
Unfortunately "corner controls + shift" to constrain proportions is not working here.
Is this a known bug?

It simply doesnt constrain the proportions. It's scaling the x/y just like I wouldnt press shift while (and before) moving corner controls.
