Transparency Bug?

Hi All,

Having trouble with transparency settings.

When I have transparency set to grid the image appears as it should (cut-out) - see image 1- but when I change the transparency settings to None, I get big corruptions around the image - see image 2.

I've Quit PS and also restarted my Mac. Any ideas?
