Mac Sonoma 14.2.1

3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 | Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB | 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Dialogue boxes randomly disappear and appear during use. I have to hit enter to get out of dialogue box so that I continue working. Restarting doesn't work. Can anyone help please.

Hi @Kevin Stohlmeyer The glitching boxes appear over app windows in photoshop and other apps. I just screenshot on the desktop for clarity. But it happens no matter what's beneath the boxes
