Trouble access to Ps

Community Beginner ,
Oct 08, 2025 Oct 08, 2025

Hi Everyone,

I am having problem of access Ps at the moment. I used Bridge to load up my photo, RAW format. After edited in Camera RAW, I tried to open it on Photoshop for further editing and convert to Jpeg format. But anytime I hit Open Object or Open, it opened the Ps with thing to say that I need to Renew my Plan. Even though I have paid just in June this year.

Please, if anyone can help me to solve this problem some how, it will be much appreciated.

I am still waiting for a call from Adobe Care Case.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Hai_3149

You've been signed out for whatever reason. Open the CC desktop app and sign back in with your email and password. If you're already signed in there, sign out and back in again. The CC desktop app will be in your start menu. It handles all licensing and installation for all Adobe apps.
