I cant get into Photoshop, it just says Sorry,your account is not valid on this device, then it has a thing where i can sign in but it just goes to the gray wall and then closes.Help?

Can you post a screen capture of what you see. Does the Creative Cloud Desktop Application show Photoshop is installed and can bee opened? I have 4 versions the cans be opened installed?
