Hello, after the new Photoshop update I am not able to work with spherical 360 images, after I import the image, the 3D tab is gray, no options. I did the test with the same image in the previous version of Photoshop and i can edit it normally, is it a bug in this version or has photoshop changed the procedure to edit 360 images?

Hi, sorry about that

I don't have a solution, but

I had a similar problem and I installed a previous version of Photoshop, and I use both versions.

If you want to do that, go to the creative cloud app and click on the 3 dots next to Photoshop app to see more options and select other versions. From there you can install the previous version number, for example if you are using the version 22,5 instal the 21

I hope that works

Hello,

The 3D functions are being retired, as they use technology that will be soon unsupported by the operating systems.

You need to  check "Deactivate Native Canvas" in the menu Edit/Preferences/Technology preview (Pc) or Photoshop/Preferences/Technology preview (Mac), then restart Photoshop. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/3d-faq.html

Also, if you are on a M1 mac, you need to check this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html

They recommend to run Photoshop under Rosetta for some 3D functions.

Use Photoshop 2020.  All Photoshop 3D features are now being removed. Use an old  Photoshop version that has some 3D function. All your Photoshop assets that have Photoshop 3D layers will need to be maintained with old Photoshop versions. For  they will not be compatible with Photoshop in the future.
