Trouble Zooming while Rotating

I updated to the newest version of Photoshop 2020 and when I rotate my canvas more than 10 degrees the zoom function will only zoom into the center of the Canvas. It works perfectly normal when I'm not rotated. the problem only exists when I use them together. I'm sure its a simple fix but I can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks for any help!

Hi, Ps22 that has just been released, does have a zoom centering issue in its fixed issues list https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html#photoshop-desktop-fixed-issues

I recommend to install it while keeping the older version installed, as explained in: https://helpx.adobe.com/be_en/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

If you are not seeing it, go to help>check for updates in your CC app.

Ah Okay, So it seems to be a Software version issue, Well at least they know about it. Definitely slows things down, I hope they fix it soon.
