Turn off AI Gen Fill Tutorial

In the newest version of PS (25.0.0) there's a tutorial that starts EVERY time I open PS, opening an image of a little house on a mountain. There'a also a pop up window that wants me to try the new features with the AI fill.  I've clicked on "Got It" button so many times I've lost count, I've let it show me the feature with the "Try Now" button and I have "Tool Tips" turned off in the settings.  Half the time that this happens, I have to close out of PS altogether and re-open to get in functional.

How do I make this go away? I don't need to see this anymore. and it's EVERY time I open the program. Please help me make this stop.

I've worked with Photoshop since CS(back in 2003). I don't need any tips on how your silly AI tools work; turn them off! Is there an option to deactivate the intrusive pop-up that disrupts my workflow and underscores the limited utility of AI in art and graphic design? This has been a primary source of income for over 15 years, yet You(the DEV team) keep making it a nightmare to keep working as my dream job.

@Double Archangel , apparently you aren’t very familiar with this Forum; Feature Requests (»Idea«) and Bug Reports (»Bug«) are registered at Adobe, otherwise this is essentially a user Forum, though thankfully some Adobe employees do occasionally chime in.

So you are not addressing the developers here.

The issue itself seems to have been affecting some people (apparently not very many, though) and intermittently it appears to have »seemed« resolvable .

Then the original poster appears to have been talking about a different issue.

What are your Tooltips Preferences settings?

Does the window reappear or does it not close when you click the »x«?

As this thread is labelled a »Discussion« it seems unlikely that Adobe personnel will read your posts, feel free to post a Bug Report to make sure the issue registers at Adobe.

Basically, it's still the same thing; it only links to the tutorials on the cloud instead of popping up as the rich tools do. I came to this forum because Adobe's help support crew's solution is to click the cross to close the popup as if I didn't know how to close a pop-up window.
My concern is why I have to see the pop-up in the first place and this thread was the closest one.
In response to your question about my preferences, I have unchecked all tooltips, rich tooltips, hidden tooltips, and my permission to use my creations (whether it's client work or personal projects) for any AI training.
And yes, the popup re-appears every time I
1. use the lasso tool or any tracing tools(old) when I create a smart object or
2. add an adjustment layer. As a photo manipulator, it is common for me to perform these actions 100-300 times for each document(Layer counts can be up to 1000 sometimes, depending on the art/job, just to give a figure as to why I am a little bit frustrated).

I appreciate the support, but it seems that I'll have to wait for a fix in an upcoming update. Adobe support mentioned that only a few accounts have encountered this, so I hope it gets resolved soon.

I get the same thing. I hope they fix this problem soon.  A couple of times it has popped up while I've been working, forcing me to redo the step I was working on. There have been several updates since this thing started popping up. Adobe doesn't seem to be in any hurry to fix this totally annoying thing.

It's a known issue that several people have reported already, but it must be annoying as heck!  There's no fix that we of, so it's going to be a matter of waiting for Adobe to issue an update.  I've got my fingers crossed that we'll still get the usual major version update during MAX tomorrow, but we have already seen V25.0.0 so maybe not. 😞
