How to turn off the animated tips that popup everytime you select a tool? Seems to be an old "feature" and rather often unwanted for many years now in various apps. This regards Photoshop 22.3.00, and they still won´t go away as some have said.

Please Adobe, Allow us designer to get on with our job, these tool tips and animations off in preferences are so annoying. Pro designers who are your biggest customers don't love this! or the updates that don't work!

Is it really that hard to turn off »Show Tooltips« and »Show Rich Tooltips«?

I find it far more flabbergasting that a dark Color Theme is the default …

Can you please share where in preferences this is? I looked under every topic and can't find that place to turn the tips off. I actually want ALL tips turned off, if that means a different answer. Thanks for your help.

What are the Photoshop > Preferences > Tools > Show Tooltips and Photoshop > Preferences > Tools > Show Rich Tooltips settings?
