hi

sorry for the silly question - didn't know how to search for it through the forum... coz don't really know how to ask it correctly

When i use my photoshop (maybe even when in raw converter) I get tiny frames popping up with advice of keyboard shortcut options. and then i don't understand how to close them, and they don't go away by themselves - just stay there and obstruct my screen. and even if i don't use photoshop they are still there on top of all my windows ((

how do I close them?

thank you so much for the help

Rita

Could you please post a screenshot?

I am not sure about the issue but have you tried unchecking Photoshop > Preferences > Tools > Show Tooltips?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Please try turning off Tooltips as indicated above.
