Turn photo into sketch with ai

Hello

I have a friend who owns a pub. They have this image of the outside of the pub and would like it in a hand drawn/illustrative version which can be used as part of a logo.

I have tried multiple ai tools but I cant get anything to generate what I need.  It always seems to generate random looking buildings rather than using this as a reference!  Could anyone point me in the right direction please?  Thank you!
