Tutorial has a green screen

I'm watching the "getting to know photoshop" tutorial and I can hear the audio but cannot see the video all I can see is a green screen. 

I thought this might be happening because I installed an YouTube ad blocker extension (a month or so ago).  Tonight I went ahead and deleted the ad blocker extension and rebooted my computer and It did not fix the issue of seeing a green screen.  Do you have any ideas on helping me remedy this?

Videos are loading fine for me, have you tried using a different browser

Could be anything from generic hardware acceleration issues in your browser to specific graphics card issues. Impossible to tell. Start by checking your system's graphics driver and update it, then check the relevant settings in the browser.
