It really depends on what you want to learn.  With Photoshop you can do a million things.

I cant see anything as learn panel in my CS3 version photoshop.

Or if there is in CS3 itself how can I see this in Window menu of Photoshop.

Ah you never mentioned CS3, I'm afraid that option in not available to you, you need to subscribe to the Creative Cloud

I'm curious as to where you got Adobe Audition CC Version 2015 from as you need a Creative Cloud subscription for it and Adobe Audition CC Version 2015 is not available any longer from the Creative Cloud app

This is old version.  I got this long time ago.

When you got it is irrelevant, Audition CC requires a CC subscription to be legally used. Audion CC 2015 is no longer available and, if you do have a subscription for Audition CC you should update to one of the more recent versions in your CC desktop app. You can then click on Help>Audition Learn for access to tutorials

Updates are through your Creative Cloud app. If you have trouble because of an older computer that is also running CS3, contact Adobe Customer Care and click the chat icon in the lower right. Type “agent” in the chat box.
