two part question [How to change color of shirt and import into Character Animator]

I'm trying to change the color to a royal blue.  I can get it to a light blue but I can't get it to a dark blue.  I have been playing with the hue/saturation but it 's not working.  Also once I get it the right color, I can import it in Character Annimator and have it move with the character, right?  '

If you have a Character Animator puppet already, and you want to put that shirt on that character, you basically merge that image into the puppet artwork.

If you don’t have a puppet yet, the forum home page has links to the Adobe tutorials. I also have some (low quality) YouTube videos on turning a photo into an animated puppet that might be useful.
