  1. Create a new document and choose the line tool (U), set to Pixels, 9px Weight
  2. Start drawing a vertical line by clicking (and holding) the left mouse button and dragging from top to the bottom of the document. Move the mouse around - working as expected. DO NOT release the left mouse button yet.
  3. Make the line constrained to vertical orientation by pressing and holding Shift. Move the mouse around - working as expected. DO NOT release the left mouse button or the Shift key yet.
  4.  Now press and hold the space bar to try to move the line around (still holding down the left mouse button and shift). Move the mouse around - lower end of the line rapidly changes position from vertical to angled and back again. This is NOT expected. See the video for details. DO NOT release the left mouse button, the Shift key or the Space bar key yet.
  5.  Release the Shift key while still holding down the Left mouse button and the Space bar. Move the mouse around - working as expected, slightly angled line is moving following the mouse cursor. DO NOT release the left mouse button or the Space bar key yet.
  6.  Press and hold the Shift key again to make the line constrained to vertical orientation. Move the mouse around - now working as expected - a constrained vertical line is moving following the mouse cursor. You can release all the keys now.
