UI way too big

New Here ,

As you can see below the UI is way too big and I cannot use it like this. I've been using CS6 and I was gonna try CC for a while but I guess not. I've looked around this forum for a while (like the three hours since I bought it) and I've tried all the solutions and nothing has worked so far.

In Preferences, Interface, there is UI Scaling. Is that one of the things you've tried?

Have you restarted Photoshop after changing the settings?

Yes several times, I've also reinstalled it and it was the same so changed the settings and restarted it. Nothing happened.

Hi

Are you using Windows 10? In the current version, Photoshop takes its UI scaling from Windows > Settings > System > Display >Scale and Layout

Yes, that does seem to fix my problem if I set the size to 125% there, but then everything else is too small. I guess I'll just have to change it everytime I want to use it, which is a lot so it'll get old fast.
