Unable to access Kyle's brushes

Tried to get more brushes through Photoshop's 'Get more brushes' tab, which sends me to the following page:

I tried to sign in through different browsers, however the page never updates.
Ive downloaded Kyle's brushes before, so this problem is new to me.

Is there any way for me to get past this page?

I have a student account, given to me by my school. Is that considered a valid subscription?

Hey, @ei325665335873. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed the account you signed in to the community with & I could not find an active subscription.

Some brush sets are available regionally. You can try downloading brushes directly from here: https://adobe.ly/3Tmi1dH;

You'll need to be logged in with the same email account where you have the active subscription. If this does not help, please let us know & include screenshots of what you see.

I, plus my guess is thousands of others have been complaining about this and had this exact issue for over 5 years now and we STILL get stuck in a sign-in limbo. It's asking us to sign in and then it takes us straight back to the sign in screen. How has this not been fixed yet?
