Unable to create new document in Adobe Photoshop 2020

En la ultima actualizacion me he dado cuenta de que no me deja abrir documento nuevo, se queda la ventana en negro sin funcionar, que hago.

Would you mind sharing the operating system you are currently using? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the window you get when trying to create a new document.

You could try to disable the Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to the Preferences of Photoshop, then Performance. Also, check the option for Legacy Compositing and then relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

Go to Edit menu > Preferences > General and select the option "Use Legacy New Document Interface". Then quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
